Coach Curt  played soccer and tennis through his teenage years and played water polo and swam competitively in high school. A U.S. Air Force veteran, Curt has experienced military PT and understands its roots in the same place from where crossfit stems. After the military Curt spent many years stalled in fitness in the corporate gym cycle and finally realized he needed more to make functional improvements. That's when he discovered Crossfit...

Coach Curt has been doing crossfit diligently since 2012. Curt Sincerely believes in the CrossFit methodology as the means to the best fitness your one hour workout can provide. Curt is walking proof that even a middle-aged father, husband and office worker can see vast improvements in overall fitness just training one hour a day 5 days a week.

Coach Curt is a Level 1 CrossFit trainer and brings a tremendous amount of experience. Curt has competed several times in CrossFit competitions even winning the masters team event at the Ventura Battle of the Boxes. Curt has competed in the Crossfit Open 4 times finishing in 2019 in the top 6% in the world in his division. Curt has trained at a vast number of different CrossFit boxes and brings with him a wide variety of training modalities and passion for leading athletes to success.

Coach Dawn has been active in sports since she was a child. She grew a deeper passion for fitness and health at the age of 17 after struggling with anorexia for a year. She achieved a minor in Health Promotion from Cal State Fullerton in 2000 and has enjoyed running 10ks, 5ks and a half marathon. Dawn received her personal training certificate from ISSA in 2006, she has been a spin instructor and has studied much about nutrition. She has been active in and outside the gym since she started college. She and her husband have 4 children that keep them active.

 

She joined CrossFit Code 4 in late November 2016 and immediately embraced the physical challenges that came with the CrossFit style of training. Her desire to help others and learn more about CrossFit led her to study and become a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. She has a passion to continue learning and train harder and is excited to use that to help train others.

Coach Hannah  Growing up Hannah played almost every sport imaginable.  She was a gymnast for 6 years, and when it came time to choose between soccer and gymnastics, she chose to pursue soccer.  She played club soccer for 7 years, and won a national championship with Eagles soccer club in 2014, where she was awarded the Golden Glove award for the best goalkeeper in the nation as a 14 year old.  She played soccer and basketball throughout high school, and finally decided to drop everything to try to reach her dream of making it to the CrossFit Games.  


She started her Crossfit career at Code 4, where she spent months perfecting her Olympic weightlifting. She then moved to more advanced training with some of the best athletes and coaches in the country.  After many heartbreaking competitions and years of trying to make it to the Crossfit Games she finally made it to the 2018 Reebok CrossFit Games in Madison, Wisconsin, in the 16-17 year old division. She proudly finished as the 17th fittest female teenager on earth!


Since then she has competed on a team of 3 at Wodapalooza in Miami, Florida, and also the Granite Games in Minneapolis, Minnesota as an Individual in the teen division.  She will compete in the elite individual division, and believes her Crossfit career is truly just beginning.  Her ultimate goal is to go as far as she can in Olympic Weightlifting, and make it back to the CrossFit Games stage as an individual.

Coach Ryan  approaches physical movement with an artist’s perspective, having grown up training in martial arts and playing music throughout high school and college. Body control and application of force were instilled as fundamentals from a young age that fortunately carried through to other pursuits in Ryan’s adult life when he started making fitness a priority. In search of the best methods for developing true fitness, Ryan took to CrossFit and Weightlifting and has made them a mainstay in his everyday life.

 

“I’ve come to understand that fitness is synonymous with capability and that whatever you would like to be capable of, you must train for,” Ryan likes to say along with, “to not use your body to its full extent, is to waste the gift.”

 

Ryan has earned his CrossFit Level 1 Trainer credential as well as his USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach certification. He and his wife, Leslie, have a “Future Fittest Woman on Earth” named Maxine and a moderately fit canine named Conan

Coach Sean

Sean’s passion is helping people find freedom through health and fitness. He understands that this is a journey and that there is no true destination in health. We can only be moving forward by developing a lifestyle of practice, constantly growing towards optimization. He wants to help guide fellow practitioners through a holistic fitness path. 

 

Sean holds a Bachelors in Adult Fitness and Exercise Science, minoring in nutrition. His certifications include: ACSM certified personal trainer, USA weightlifting level-1, CrossFit level 2. He’s coached hundreds of clients, teams, and classes in multiple roles since 2013.

 

His fitness history is extensive and started with martial arts and developed into wrestling, track and field, football, basketball, and CrossFit. Now, his fitness isn’t for competition but for functionality, though he’s still competitive and is always striving for a win. He now use that competitive drive to be the best coach he can be. Constantly developing, so that he can continue to help people discover new levels of health and fitness. 

 

He is originally from Denver where he met his beautiful wife Enel. They like to hike, bike, surf, climb, scuba, skydive, bungee jump, and most of all, travel. He wants to continue to adventure with his amazing Estonian wife and be prepared for the unknown and unknowable.

Coach Toli has always been passionate about sports. In high school he had the chance to play basketball, baseball and football and has been blessed with the opportunity to be coached by some of the greatest coaches around. After graduating high school Toli still managed to remain active through global gyms and recreational sports and never felt satisfied through these activities, and the environment just simply sucked. No matter how hard he tried he would get injured or hit a plateau really fast and never move past it. After always being tired never able to be anywhere close the best shape of my life... until he tried Crossfit in 2009.

 

Just like everyone else he was immediately hooked to it and started seeing results quickly. It has been one of the best decisions he says he has made in his life. He loves the friendly supportive environment and the attitude of the people in the Crossfit box. "It is a community of some of the best people and it feels like a second family"

 

Through the Level 1 Crossfit Certification seminar at NorCal Crossfit 2012 he had the chance to be trained by some of the best like Adrian Bozman, Jason Khalipa and Michael Giardineri and Neil Maddox. Through them he was able to not only improve his skills in Crossfit but also improve his coaching abilities so that he can pass their wisdom onto others effectivly. Toli is a Crossfit Level 2 Trainer and holds a Crossfit WeightLifting Trainer Certificate.

 

"My number 1 focus is to teach you the technique and fundamentals of Crossfit. It is my belief that once an individual masters the basics of Crossfit in gymnastics, weightlifting and running through consistent training he or she will transform their own body in ways they never thought possible." Toli focuses on health because he believes that good health relieves stress and worry. He urges others just try it. Through controlled functional movements performed at high intensity and simple healthy diet, it is his goal to help you find the best shape of your life.
